If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email or call us to discuss your concerns.
Products may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 21 days of the date purchased, provided items are unused and unwashed, and all original tags and packaging are intact.
As these are hand-printed artisan products, goods will not be refunded, credited, or exchanged for natural variations in the printing process.
Store credit will be valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Do you provide International delivery?
We do provide International Delivery to some locations via Australia Post Economy Air. If your country is not listed on our Shipping page, but you wish to purchase an item, we would be delighted to hear from you to organise the purchase & postage.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item for an exchange or store credit, please send it to us via Express Post or another trackable mailing option, along with the Returns/Exchange form. A return address will be provided to you via email.
Sadly, we cannot reimburse you for the return postage, however we will ship your replacement item at no cost to you.
Can I return an item in-store?
Cotton Seeds Australia is currently an online only retailer. Therefore, we do not have a bricks & mortar store.
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. All our orders are posted via Australia Post Express Post..
Can I pick-up my order locally?
At this time, we do not offer local pick-up. However, it is an option we are considering for the future.
